  • What do I provide to get started?
    A short description of your goals, and what you’d like your video to achieve. Include genre (Documentary, Advertisement, TV scripted, Theatrical, Sizzle Reel, Corporate Explainer) Tell us about about your target audience and what media you will use to distribute your Video (ie Social Media, Legacy Broadcasters, Streaming, Netflix, Prime, VOD, Corporate) A list of specific deliverables that are required, including cut-downs, shooting ratios Your schedule timeline and final deadline. Include the number of days you need Your ideal post production budget range and number of days or hours you anticipate. If you’re looking for several videos, include the video post production services you’re looking for. ie. Original / Stock Music, Stock Video Shots, Logo, Narration Recording, Color Correction, Sound Edit, (All of the above) A SOLID STATE HARD DRIVE with a backup copy of your video files.
  • How do I send my files to you?
    We prefer that you send a backup copy of your video files on a solid state hard drive via Federal Express. We will return the drive to you with all your deliverables at the completion of the project. We have proven that this is the safest, least labour intensive, and least expensive way to work with our clients. Sharing files in folders on Google Drive, Drop Box or Vimeo are solutions we suggest you use on smaller projects with very few video files.

  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
